account
at our Seedland store web site.

(2) Fax to Seedland proof of wholesale or commercial
Discount status. Include the email address used to create your
login account. Read list of qualifying
wholesale companies. (Fax Letterhead, Sales or Tax License or
business card to 386-963-2079.)

(3) Once your wholesale or commercial discount status is
approved, we will activate your account to access and view
the discounted prices on seeds ordered online. You will be notified by email
of the activation. This usually occurs within 72 hours
of receipt of your fax information. Once activated,
simply use the "Sign In" link to view wholesale prices online.
NOTE: Seedland does NOT offer
Dealer OR Distributor Pricing.
We only offer a commercial discount.
If you have a retail store selling the type of
products found on Seedland's websites you should contact the
manufacturer for a list of distributors who sell to stores.
The pricing wholesale offered by the manufacture /
distributors to retail stores will generally be more
discounted (based on volume) than what the discount is that
Seedland offers to our commercial customers. -- We only
offer a discount commercial price (not actual wholesale) -

shipped out of state under existing State and Federal law for Internet sales. If you
are located in the state of Florida we must receive a copy of your Florida Certificate of
Registration and Tax number to exempt your company from charges for Florida sales tax.
No certificate means we charge sales tax.

Payment
by credit card, cashiers check or money order. Business
checks subject to 7-10 day hold on shipping.
Orders over $2000 - We
require credit card, cashiers check or money order for all sales totaling more than $2000.
We will ship COD orders up to $2000. (payment by cashiers check
or money order) - COD Charges are added to your order total.
Our limit on credit card charges is $2000.00 per
transaction without prior approval. Orders in excess of this limit will require
payment by cashiers check or money order in advance or may
require
authorization approval by
FAX of large credit card transactions. At this time
Seedland does not offer open accounts to private businesses

institutions. To order fax Seedland.com an authorized
purchase order along with phone number and contact
information. Open account terms are Net 30 days.
PRIVATE INDUSTRY:
Seedland sells only with prepayment via credit card or check.
We can ship COD for cashiers check or money order. No open
accounts accepted.

regulations for seeds, at this time we only ship seeds UPS
or freight line to domestic USA states. No seeds are
shipped US-Mail or UPS to overseas customers. We do provide seed
brokerage services and can quote prices for seeds shipped
(EXPORTED) to qualified commercial overseas SEED companies
in quantities of 1000 kg. or more (2200 lbs.). Shipments of
